Co-created by the learner, their Horizon Guide mentor, and you, the parent, the PLM tracks not just academics, but interests, emotional milestones, passion projects, and future intentions. Each term, it grows richer. Each year, it tells a fuller story. By the time your child graduates, their PLM is not a file, it is a testament to who they have become.
